Berry Of Youth - Energy Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie is great for energy because of the 50 grams of carbohydrate per serving. Carbohydrate is the heart and soul of the body’s main source of energy because it is easy to convert it to glucose. The Berry Of Youth isn’t just great for energy but very healthy for the body. The smoothie contains cherries, cranberries and blueberries which are great sources of antioxidants, vitamin C and anthocyanins. Vitamin C is known to support and strengthen collagen fibers in tissue and bones, which may help reduce some of the causes of aging. Drinking this smoothie on a regular basis may just help keep those wrinkles from forming quicker than usual.
Quick tips: for a thinner smoothie use non-frozen fruits, for a thicker smoothie use more frozen fruits.
