The sun is one of the most important objects in the Universe because it produces energy to all living things. Take it away and life probably would not exist. All forms of life need energy and it all starts with the sun. If we can fly to the sun and take a bite of its raw energy, we would have more power than superman. Unfortunately, this isn’t possible because our bodies are not made to eat things as hot as the sun. With our current technologies, getting close to the sun is impossible because will instantly disintegrate the moment we get near it. Since we can’t harness the sun’s incredible energy from within, we need to look at other alternatives that can bring us closer to its raw supernatural power.
There are many alternative sources that can give us energy but the main one is food. Knowing the difference between high-energy food and low-energy food is the foundation of health, energy and vitality. Plant is the food that contains the highest quality of sunlight energy, because it absorbs sunlight directly and converts it into energy through a process called photosynthesis. Organic food such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grain are high in energy because they are rich in nutrients, which are needed for the body to effectively utilize energy. Foods that are processed such as white bread, fast food and junk food, are less effective at boosting energy because they have been transformed. During this process, some of their energy and many of their nutrients are lost. Many processed foods also contain refined sugar and cholesterol. Cholesterol has been linked to many diseases and is known to clogged arteries.
Tips for getting the most amount of raw energy:
- Avoid processed food as much as possible, eat more organic food.
- Eat fresh vegetables and fruits everyday because they contain essential nutrients for boosting the metabolism.
- Try not to cook fruits and vegetables because it destroys their nutrients and reduces their energy. If you are going to cook them, don’t cook them for too long. Also, don’t over wash them either.
- When cooking food, use little oil or combine it with some water and cover it with a lid to help preserve flavor and nutrients.
