Mango Carotene Berry Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup of mango (small pieces or diced)
- 1 cup of strawberries or berries of your choice
- 1 cup of slightly frozen carrot juice
- 1/3-1/2 of bell pepper of your choice (chopped)
- 5-10 ice cubes (optional)
- Combine all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serves about 2 people.
