Monster Assault Energy comes in a 16 fl. oz. and 24 fl. oz. aluminum can and is designed to give you energy boost with the style of a soldier, the drink is carbonated for a more refreshing taste and the can is covered with camouflage graphics.

The liquid color of Monster Assault Energy is light brown with a tint of red, it reminds me of the color of whiskey but not as dark. The taste of Monster Assault is better than average and tasted like berry citrus with no distinct aftertaste. Its energy rush is not too bad either, after 15 minutes of drinking the energy drink, I felt an energy head buzz that lasted for about an hour. Energy mainly comes from taurine, ginseng, caffeine and sugar.

Overall, Monster Assault Energy is better than average because its taste and energy level is up there. This energy drink is great for giving you a quick boost of energy. I wouldn’t recommend drinking this energy drink while working late on your homework because its energy rush may give you slight headaches making it harder to concentrate.

If you like the taste of berry citrus and don’t mind the extra caffeine and sugar, then Monster Assault is an energy drink you might enjoy, remember to drink it cold for more refreshment. This energy drink isn’t recommended for people who are sensitive to caffeine, children, and pregnant women. Monster advised not to drink more then 3 per day.
