Blueberry is also known for improving vision and may help slow the aging process. Blueberry Energy Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup of blueberries (frozen)
- 1-1/2 cups of cold soy-milk
- 1 large banana (sliced and frozen)
- 1-2 tablespoons of blueberry preserves
- Add 5-10 ice cubes depending on your taste
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serves about 2 people.
