Visualizing To Increase Energy - Kinesiology Energy Exercise
Filed Under: Energy Exercise
Kinesiology exercises are designed to help increase energy flow and body movement, best time to practice the exercise is in the morning to help wake the body.
Here is a simple exercise you can do in the morning to help increase energy flow.
- Stand up straight with both of your feet spread shoulders’ width apart, take a few deep breaths.
- Next, cross both of your feet (right leg over left leg) and both of your hands (right arm over left arm)
- With your arms crossing each-other, lock your hands together by overlapping your fingers. Your hands should be by your lower abs.
- Now with your fingers locked, move your hands up to your chest by twisting your hands up and under. Remember to keep your hands locked while doing this. At the same time, breath deeply with your tongue pressed on the roof of your mouth.
- While breathing deeply, visualize your energy (qi) flowing through out your body for about one minute.
- Next, uncross your arms and legs and stand with your feet shoulders’ width apart, bring your palms together (like an Egyptian praying stance), only allow the tip of your fingers touch one another. Stand like this for about a minute while breathing deeply and visualizing your energy flow.
- Next, repeat the process by doing the opposite of step 2; this time cross your left arm over your right arm, left leg over right leg.
- Repeat this process 5-10 times or more depending on how much time you have.
