Cappuccino and Coffee energy smoothies are great for giving you quick energy, the two smoothies are designed to stimulate your brain so you can stay up and focus on whatever you are doing.
Cappuccino Energy Smoothie Recipe
- 2 cups of brewed coffee
- 1 pint of coffee ice cream
- 1-3/4 cups of cold skim milk or milk of your choice
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Whipped cream and cinnamon are optional for extra toppings
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serves about 2 people.
