- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries (frozen)
- 1 banana (peeled)
- 1/2 cup pineapple (diced)
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste.
Pregnancy Smoothie Recipe 2
- 1/2 cup lemon yogurt (low-fat)
- 1 cup tomato (diced)
- 1-2 teaspoons celery salt, depending on taste
- 1/2 cup avocado (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar (balsamic vinegar preferred)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste (pizza sauce), tomato sauce can be use as a replacement
- Add ice cubes if needed

- 1 cup pears (diced)
- 1/2 cup kiwi
- 1/2 cup nectar
- 1/2 cup low-fat peach yogurt or yogurt of your choice

- 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Add ice cubes if needed
