Peach Energy Smoothie is rich in carbohydrate, beta-carotene, vitamin C and protein. Peach Energy Smoothie Recipe
- 11/2 cups of fresh peach (peeled if necessary, sliced and frozen)
- 1/2 cup of sweetened or unsweetened evaporated milk (low-fat)
- 3/4 cup of peach yogurt or yogurt of your choice (low-fat)
- 1/2 cup of peach sorbet
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serves about 2 people
