The sugar-free version tasted similar to the original Rip It Power energy drink, the most noticeable flavor is bitter-sweet-citrus. If you like Red Bull, you might enjoy this energy drink because their taste are similar. Rip it Power comes in a 16 fl. oz. metallic-aluminum can filled with a light-yellow carbonated energy juice and contained no sugar, no carbs and no calories. Rip It did a great job mixing the sugar-free version of Power, even without sugar this energy drink tasted almost like the original. The added sucralose (artificial sweetener) adds a different sweetness to the flavor but is barely noticeable.
Rip It Power Sugar Free’s energy was not as good as the original but for an energy drink that has zero carb and zero sugar, it did a great job boosting my energy level. Its energy was not intense but still kept me alert and focus for about an hour. For the price of $1.00, this energy drink is worth every penny because of its good taste, no calories, no carbs, no sugar and decent energy boost. Rip It Power Sugar Free is an energy drink I will purchase again and recommend it to anyone who hates calories, carbs and don’t mind the extra caffeine.
