Healthiest Energy Drink - Review
Filed Under: Sports Drink & Energy Drink
After reviewing over 100 different flavored energy drinks, I decided to break them down to the top 5 healthiest energy drink on the market. My reviews are based on taste, energy level, sugar, caffeine, and vitamins.
Here are 5 of the healthiest energy drink on the market.

Verve Energy Drink - Out of all the energy drinks I reviewed Verve is the healthiest because it is low in calories and is loaded with vitamins, such as vitamin A, C, D, E and B-vitamins. The sugar-free version has only 4 calories which is great for weight management. Verve has a unique flavor unlike any energy drinks I reviewed and is one of the strongest healthy energy drinks on the market. The flavor of Verve is hard to describe, it is like a mixture of citrus, tangerine, mangosteen and tropical fruit juice. The brownish-orange energy juice is carbonated for extra freshness and has a light tea aftertaste. Verve energy drinks are not available at public stores, you can only buy them online or from independent distributors.
XS Energy Drink - Deciding between XS and Verve for first place was hard because they both are low in calories and carb, loaded with vitamins and taste great. The reason I chose Verve over XS is because XS lack Vitamin A, C, D and E and XS is insanely high in vitamin B12. There are 11 different flavors of XS energy drink and all of them are sugar free except for the new XS Gold. Out of the 11 flavor, 3 of them are available without caffeine which are Cranberry Grape Blast, Tropical Blast and Root Beer Blast. Most of XS energy drinks have no carbs, very little calories and are loaded with B-vitamins to boost your energy level. All the XS energy drinks have no noticeable side effects and their energy is competitive. XS energy drinks are only available online or through independent distributors.
Xyience Xenergy Cran Razz - This energy drink is the best sugar-free energy drink I tasted so far and is one of the most expensive. Xyience Cran Razz is the third healthiest energy drink on my list because of its natural flavor, energy blends, 0 calories and is loaded with B-vitamins. This energy drink kept me alert and focused for more than an hour and had no noticeable side effects. Xyience energy drinks are available at certain convenience stores nationwide.
Red Bull Sugar Free - If you like the original Red Bull, you will like the sugar free version because they taste very similar. The sugar-free version has less energy but is above average for a sugar-free energy drink. Red Bull Sugar Free has no fat, 3 grams of carbs and only 10 calories. The main reasons why Red Bull is the fourth healthiest energy drink is because it has less B-vitamins and did not taste as good as XS and Xyience. Red Bull energy drinks are available at many convenience stores nationwide, such as gas stations and is available online.
Hype Enlite - Tasted similar to Red Bull but had more of a sweet-cranberry flavor. I personally think this energy drink taste better than Red Bull. Because of its 4 grams of sugar and decent energy boost, I decided it should be in fifth place. Hype Enlite has less than 10 calories per 100 ml and has a good amount of B-vitamins to boost your energy. I have not seen any Hype energy drinks on sell at gas stations or grocery stores but Hype is available to buy online.
