Carob Smoothie Recipe
Carob is great for energy and health because it is rich in carbohydrate, calcium, riboflavin, potassium and fiber. Carbohydrate is the best source of fuel for the body because it is easier to convert carbs to glucose than to convert fat. Carob is known for aiding the intestinal tract and is useful for preventing diarrhea.
Quick tips: for a thinner smoothie use non-frozen fruits, for a thicker smoothie use more frozen fruits.
