Red Bull Smoothie – Energy Recipes
The two smoothie recipes below contains Red Bull which is the most popular energy drink in the world. Most energy smoothie does a great job boosting energy but lacks that quick boost of intense energy. If you are looking for a smoothie that can give you an intense boost of instant energy, then these two Red Bull smoothies are perfect for you. If you are worried about your health, you may want to add less Red Bull. Most, if not all energy drinks contain synthetic ingredients that may be harmful to your body, please drink with care.
Quick tips: for a thinner smoothie use non-frozen fruits, for a thicker smoothie use more frozen fruits.
Red Bull Energy Smoothie Recipe 1
- 1/2 can (8.3 fl oz) Red Bull energy drink
- 1 banana (sliced into smaller pieces and frozen)
- 1 cup yogurt of your choice (low-fat)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste!
Red Bull Energy Smoothie Recipe 2
- 1/2 can (8.3 fl oz) Red Bull energy drink
- 4 fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1 banana (sliced into smaller pieces and frozen)
- 1 peach (sliced into smaller pieces)
- 1 cup orange juice or fruit juice of your choice
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste!

The smoothie sounds great! Can you tell me how to make a ‘Screaming Bull’ smoothie from Froots? I know theirs is similar but calls for other ingrediants such as orange sherbert. Thanks so much!
