Kiwi Smoothie Recipes
Kiwi Energy is a fruity smoothie full of many health benefits and is rich in vitamin C which is required for the repair of tissues in the body. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps reduce free radical damages, therefore keeping you healthy so you have more energy.
Quick tips: for a thinner smoothie use non-frozen fruits, for a thicker smoothie use more frozen fruits.
Kiwi Energy Smoothie Recipe 1
- 9 fresh kiwi (peeled and frozen in sections)
- 8 fresh strawberries
- 4 cups of pineapple juice
- 1 cup of sparkling water
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients (except the sparkling water, save a few strawberries for garnishing) in your blender and blend until smooth. Next, pour the cup of sparking water in your blender and blend for 10-15 seconds. Pour into cup and garnish with strawberry, serve immediately for best taste.

- 1/4 cup of limeade (frozen)
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of coconut extract
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste.
