The Body’s Aura and External Energies
There are many types of energies out there that can affect your energy field (aura), one of the main energies is solar energy. Solar energy is very important for your body and aura because without it you can’t survive. There are many documents around the world claiming how the change in the levels of solar energy influence human behavior. One of the documents that is getting a lot of attention is based on the lunar cycles.
According to psychiatric records, the amount of suicide rates, death rates, aggressive behaviors (including animals) and psychotic behaviors increase during the full moon. Police records also show that the amount of crisis call increases on the day of the full moon. In spite of these records, scientists around the world have failed to prove that there is a link between the full moon and human behavior. These events may be pure coincidence but since history seems to repeat itself, coincidence may not be the best answer. Until science can solve this theory, it is up to you to believe it or not.
Other energies that affect your aura are energies from people, food and the environment. The effects of energies between people have been scientifically studied. One of the studies conclude that when two people are near each other, their brain waves and heart activity changes. The most significant change is when the two people are in physical contact. Changes can also be detected as far as three feet. The world is full of people, billions of them, and their energies are constantly affecting your energy. Your body is use to their effects which is why you have a hard time detecting their energies. When you meet someone who is attractive, confident and nice, that person’s energy affects your energy differently than from someone who is unattractive, not confident and bad tempered. A nice person may make you feel warm and comfortable, while an aggressive person may make you feel scared and agitated.
Food energy is one of the most important energies for your aura’s health. Eating food rich in natural energy, such as organic fruit and vegetables, will refuel your body with the necessary nutrients to keep your aura healthy. Processed foods such as white bread, fast food, hot dogs, chips and junk food are bad for your aura because these types of food are low in nutrients and full of toxins.
The environment also plays a big role when it comes to your aura’s health. When the temperature is cold your energy slows down, when its hot your energy speeds up. In extreme cases, your energy field may break down resulting in death. Another big element is pollution which affects your energy by disrupting the flow and balance of your energy field. Energy healers believe that when the flow of energy gets chronically disrupted, illnesses or death may occur.
