Quick tips: for a thinner smoothie use non-frozen fruits, for a thicker smoothie use more frozen fruits.
XS Berry Energy Smoothie Recipe 1
- 1 can (8 fl. oz.) of XS Cranberry Grape Blast or XS energy drink of your choice
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple juice
- 3/4 cup of fresh strawberries (sliced and frozen)
- 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries (frozen)
- 1 medium size banana (sliced and frozen)
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste!
XS Berry Energy Smoothie Recipe 2
- 1 can (8 fl. oz.) of XS Cranberry Grape Blast or XS energy drink of your choice
- 1/2 cup of fresh cantaloupe (diced)
- 1/2 cup of unpeeled plums (sliced and frozen)
- 1/2 cup of pitted cherries (frozen)
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste!
