Nos Energy Drink - Review
Filed Under: Sports Drink & Energy Drink
Nos Energy - Retail Price: $1.99 per can (16 fl. oz.)
Available Size: 16 fl. oz.
Taste: 8/10
Price: 8.5/10
Energy Level: 7.5/10
Where To Buy - Nos energy drinks are available at certain food and convenience stores, I bought mine at Festival Foods while in Western Wisconsin for the retail price of $1.99. This energy drink may cost more at gas stations.
Nos Energy took me awhile to review because the way the can is designed look unappetizing to me. The can reminds me of nitrous bottles which subconsciously makes me think that it is a poisonous drink. Putting my negative thoughts aside, I decided to give this energy drink a try and the results were stunning.
The most noticeable flavor from Nos Energy is orange with a mild stale aftertaste, the flavor is similar to orange fruit drinks. The yellow energy juice is carbonated and powered by taurine, L-carnitine, caffeine, sugar, inositol, panax ginseng and B-vitamins. The energy rush from Nos Energy is above average and there is no major side effects, such as headaches or stomachaches. If you drink Nos Energy on an empty stomach, the energy rush may be more intense.
In conclusion, Nos Energy is a drink that reflects beyond its image because of its great taste and energy level. I wouldn’t mind drinking this energy drink again and recommend it to anyone who wants a orange flavored drink that can wake them up. Nos Energy is very high in caffeine (125 mg per serving), people who is sensitive to caffeine should stay away from this energy drink.

I haven’t try Mad Joker but Rip It Sugar Free uses a artificial sweetener called sucralose. Some researchers believed it is bad and most don’t. In my opinion, sucralose should be safe as a sweetener because it doesn’t get absorb by the body. You can read more about artificial sweeteners at the URL below.

Energy drinks are like soft drinks, they are not made to drink on a regular basis. Drinking a few energy drinks per a week should be fine. Just don’t drink 2 to 3 per day.
