Tea Energy Smoothie Recipe 1
- 1/2 cup of grapefruit segments (seeded)
- 1 cup of orange segments (seeded)
- 1/2 cup of brewed Earl Grey tea or tea of your choice (strong-brewed, chilled)
- 3/4 cup of orange sherbet
- Add crushed ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste!
