Low Calorie Fruit Smoothie – Recipes
Losing weight can be hard but with these two low calorie smoothies, losing weight should be a little easier. The main ingredient in the two recipes is fruit which is great for increasing energy and health. With only 110 calories in each smoothies, you can drink it without worrying about gaining weight.
Quick tips: for a thinner smoothie use non-frozen fruits, for a thicker smoothie use more frozen fruits.
Low Calories Energy Smoothie Recipe 1
- 3/4 cup white grape juice or grape juice of your choice
- 11/2 cups honeydew melon, (chopped, chilled)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (chopped, chilled)
- 3/4 cup green grapes or grapes of your choice (frozen)
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste!
