How Exercise Increase Energy and Health


Being physically active has enormous health benefits and is a great way to bring the body and mind to a higher level of prosperity. Regular exercise is beneficial for maintaining or losing weight and improves strength, flexibility, mobility and self-esteem. Exercise helps increase your energy and health by enhancing blood flow, which helps circulate oxygen and speeds up the removal of toxins. Unfortunately, toxin is something that we can’t control because it is everywhere. Toxins can be found in the air we breathe, the water we drink and the food we eat. Even healthy food, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, have small amount of toxins that can disrupt our energy and health. Our bodies do a pretty good job removing regular amount of toxins, but because of pollution and junk food, we are now more vulnerable to these types of carcinogen.

One of the best ways to remove toxins from our bodies is to exercise regularly. Exercise increases blood flow which prevents toxins from settling. Exercise also helps remove toxins through the skin by sweating. Because exercise increases blood circulation, it allows oxygen to travel faster. Therefore, organs and cells can receive oxygen quicker which allow them to preform better. Our bodies need oxygen for energy, oxygen is combined with lactate in the mitochondria part of cells to produce energy.

Everyone wants to be stress free and happy but sometimes we can’t control our stress and happiness. A great way to get control these negative feelings is through exercise. Exercise keeps your mind off negative things and gives you a natural high feeling that usually increases your self-esteem. It is your body’s way of saying thank you!

There are many types of exercises, such as aerobic, swimming, weight lifting, jogging, walking, tai chi, qigong, yoga, pilate, etc. Depending what you want to achieve, certain exercises are better than others. For example: yoga, tai chi and qigong are more of spiritual exercises that help balance your energy, reduce stress and increase flexibility. Weight lifting is more for increasing strength and jogging is more for increasing energy endurance. All these energy exercises have one thing in common which is to increase your energy and health so you can perform better.
