Crunk Citrus is the latest energy drink from Sidney Frank and Lil’ Jon. The clear carbonated energy juice is spiced up with lemon, lime and is powered by B-vitamins, damiana, caffeine, green tea, guarana, inositol, horny goat weed, ashwaganda, milk thistle, white willow, skullcap and panax ginseng. The energy blends are designed to energize, arouse, replenish, stimulate and refresh your body so you can stay up.
The most noticeable taste from this new energy drink is lemon, the energy juice tasted more sour than most citrus energy drink and had a nice natural taste. The juice goes down smooth and is carbonated for extra freshness. If you don’t like the sour taste, I recommend drinking it cold to reduce the sour flavor. The energy rush from Crunk Citrus wasn’t as good as the original Crunk energy drink but felt more natural. The energy lasted for about two hours and had no noticeable side effects. Although, certain side effects are common when drinking energy drinks. Most, if not all energy drinks contained synthetic vitamins and chemicals that may be harmful to the body. Please drink them in moderate levels.
Overall, Crunk Citrus is above average because of its taste and energy. I’m a person who loves the taste of lemon so I gave this energy drink a 8 out of 10 for taste. Crunk Citrus is not made for people who are sensitive to lemon and caffeine. The total amount of caffeine in Crunk Citrus is 97 milligrams. If you like citrus drink and don’t mind the extra sourness, you will enjoy this energy drink.
