- 1 cup fresh peaches (sliced, frozen)
- 1 cup banana (about 1/2 a banana, sliced)
- 1/4 cup orange juice or juice of your choice (chilled)
- 3 tablespoons nonfat vanilla yogurt or yogurt of your choice
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste!
