These two peach smoothie recipe are rich in dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A and potassium which are great for increasing energy and health. Peach is low in cholesterol and saturated fat, this will keep your heart healthy so it can power your body for many years to come.
Quick tips: for a thinner smoothie use non-frozen fruits, for a thicker smoothie use more frozen fruits.
Peach Energy Smoothie Recipe 1
- 1 cup of fresh peaches (sliced, frozen)
- 1 cup of banana (about 1/2 a banana, sliced)
- 1/4 cup of orange juice or juice of your choice (chilled)
- 3 tablespoons of nonfat vanilla yogurt or yogurt of your choice
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste!
