Simple Way To Detect Your Body’s Energy

Everyone has there own unique energy field known as the aura which is filled with many different energies that help shape their bodies. The ability to sense energy fields may vary from one person to another, like learning how to draw, some people can learn it easily while others may struggle.

Chinese physicians are usually very good at sensing other people’s aura and can detect imbalances by feeling the pulses. They believe that illnesses show up in the aura first before it manifests to physical symptoms. This is why energy balance is very important in China and other Eastern cultures.

How To Detect Your Body’s Energy

  1. Find a comfortable quiet room, sit on a chair and keep your back straight.
  2. Take a few deep breaths and imagine energy flowing throughout your body.
  3. Put both of your palms together and rub them quickly for 10 to 15 seconds.
  4. Separate your hands about 5 to 6 inches apart and hold them there. You may or may not feel anything but many people claimed that their hands feel like they are being touch by some force, like something is in-between their hands.
  5. If you don’t feel anything, repeat step 1 through 4, then move your hands slightly toward or away from each other. Note: You really need to concentrate and focus hard on the senses by your fingertips and palms, this makes it easier to sense the energy.

After doing this exercise a few times, I’m was able to sense my subtle energy by repeating step 4 only. I found out that it is easier to sense my energy by moving my hands slightly toward and away from each other. The force that I experienced reminds me of how magnets push and pull one another.

Detecting your body’s energy is an art of its own and may vary depending on your aura and skills. Like anything you do in life, you need to have faith in it before you can succeed.
