Raspberries also have cancer fighting antioxidants and is a good source of soluble fiber which helps control cholesterol levels. With over 400 calories per serving, these two fruit smoothies will boost your energy so can perform better.
Quick tips: for a thinner smoothie use non-frozen fruits, for a thicker smoothie use more frozen fruits.
Raspberries Energy Smoothie Recipe 1
- 2 fresh bananas (peeled, sliced)
- 11/2 cups of pineapple juice (chilled)
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries (frozen)
- 8 ounces of vanilla yogurt or yogurt of your choice (low-fat)
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste!
