The Lemon Lime is the first energy shot from On Go, this energy shot became available to the Midwest States in April of 2007 and went nationwide in January 2008. The most noticeable flavor from this vitamin supplement drink is sweet lemon, the texture of the green non-carbonated energy juice is somewhat syrupy. The sweet taste is from the added surcralose which is an artificial sweetener that is very popular in sugar-free energy drinks. The things that might annoy some people about this energy shot is the strong candy-lemon smell and the syrupy taste that tends to stick to the back of the throat.
The energy level from this energy vitamin drink is better than Red Bull but disappears quickly. The energy peaked for 30 minutes and was noticeable up to 2 hours. Unlike some energy shots, On Go Energy Lemon Lime didn’t give me a bad energy break down afterwards. Energy is powered by B-vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, caffeine and energy blends. On Go Energy Shot is great for giving you a quick boost of intense energy. I recommend this energy shot for people who wants a quick boost of intense energy without the hassle of drinking a whole energy drink.
