Quick tips: For a thinner smoothie use non-frozen fruits, for a thicker smoothie use more frozen fruits. Organic ingredients are preferred.
Tropical Energy Smoothie Recipe 1
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced, slightly frozen)
- 3/4 cup peaches (sliced, slightly frozen)
- 1 cup guava nectar
- Add ice cubes if needed
- Put all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste.
