Energy Bath Techniques

The world is a beautiful place but it is also full of many toxins that are harmful to the human body. Your body does a good job removing small levels of toxins but needs help removing large levels of toxins. Taking a bath is a great way to relax the body, restore energy and remove harmful toxins through the skin. Below are three easy technique you can do at home to remove toxins and increase your energy level.

  1. Fill your bathtub half full of warm water (hot water is better but make sure the water is not too hot), then add about eight ounce of baking soda into the water before taking a bath. According to energy practitioners, baking soda helps cleanse the body’s aura.
  2. Fill your bathtub half full of hot water, test the water with your fingers to make sure the water is not too hot. While laying in the bathtub, relax your body and mind. Stay in the bathtub for 15-30 minutes and be-careful not to fall asleep. The hot water helps remove toxins through the skin and prevents the pores from clogging.
  3. While laying in the bathtub, hold the neurovascular points on the front of your forehead. Make sure you are deeply relax and hold it for at least a minute.
