Healthy Smoothie Recipes

These three smoothie are full of fruits and vegetables which are great sources of essential vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals are important for health because they are needed for normal cell functions and removal of toxins. These three smoothie are also low in calories to help manage weight and are good sources of fiber.

Quick tips: for a thinner smoothie use non-frozen fruits/vegetables, for a thicker smoothie use more frozen fruits/vegetables.

Healthy Smoothie Recipe 1

  • 1 cup of fresh mango (diced)
  • 1 large banana (peeled, sliced, frozen)
  • 1 cup of Gatorade Orange or Gatorade of your choice
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened raspberries (frozen)
  • Add ice cubes if needed
  • Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately for best taste!
