Spine Exercise - Remove Toxins Increase Energy

The Spinal Energy Flush Technique is a exercise designed to increase your energy by unclogging your energy systems, removing toxins and stimulating your immune system. This exercise is also great for releasing emotional or physical stress and helps you relax after a hard day of work.

Spinal Energy Flush Technique (you will need a partner for this exercise)

  1. Find a comfortable place in your house or outside and lie face down. Use a pillow to support your head (optional).
  2. With your partner kneeling in front of your head, have your partner massage down your spine starting at the bottom of your neck. Your partner’s left hand should be on your right shoulder blade and your partner’s right hand should be on your left shoulder blade.
  3. Have your partner massage the points near your spine with his/her thumbs. Your partner should use his/her body weight to apply strong pressure near the notches between your vertebrae. The massages should be in circular motions and needs to last for at least 5 seconds for each points.
  4. When your partner reach the base of your spine, have your partner repeat the procedure or your partner can finish the exercise by doing an energy sweep. The energy sweep should start at your shoulder and end at your feet. When doing the energy sweep, your partner’s palms should be facing toward your body about 5 inches above your spine and the speed should be semi-slow.
