Cook VegetableIn order to maximize your energy level, you need to supply your body with essential vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, good fats and proteins. Unfortunately, many commercial foods don’t have sufficient amounts of vitamins and minerals because they are usually processed to increase their shelf-life. This is why it is important to eat whole foods, such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and unprocessed meat. Whole foods such as organic fruit and vegetable, should be eaten raw as much as possible. Cooking fruits and vegetables will destroy a good portion of their vitamins and minerals which are crucial for energy and health.
