I bought some Benadryl and met him in about 5 minutes. His arms and legs were swelling, a rash had developed, and his throat was closing up. SCARY. Please take energy shots with caution. Most, if not all, energy shots are loaded with synthetic chemicals. They are not good for you. I don't recommend anyone drinking energy shots on a regular basis. Even better, don't drink them at all. Energy shots are very high in caffeine. Caffeine is a mild diuretic which promotes fluid lost. It also increases magnesium depletion which is why people who drink a lot of caffeine have magnesium deficiency. Magnesium plays an important role for metabolism which is essential for energy. Within minutes I had a allergic reaction and ended up at the hospital.
