2009 New Year’s Resolution Wellness Tips – Part One



The new year is a perfect time to reflect on your past achievements and think about your future goals. This past year I have written many articles related to energy, health and wellness. Reflecting on these achievements, I decided to write a post overview about my most important articles on energy, health and wellness from the year 2008.

2008 articles on energy, health and wellness:

  • Subtle Energy – is believed to exist outside of the electromagnetic spectrum and may be able to travel faster than the speed of light. Some scientists believe that subtle energy is responsible for all the life forces in the universe and plays an important role for keeping the body healthy.   • Breathing Exercise – is very important for energy because it supplies your body with more oxygen. Oxygen is one of the most important element for energy and wellness. Without oxygen your body can’t use energy and will decease within minutes. This article explains the importance of breathing and reveals 9 easy steps on how to do breathing exercise.
  • How Stress Affect Energy – stress can affect us physically and mentally, and is one of the main reasons why we get fatigue. Chronic stress has been linked to many diseases and can disrupts our eating habits. If left undone, chronic stress may lead to eating disorders and incurable illnesses. This article gives examples of stress related illnesses and how they affect your performance.
  • Meridians – are believed to be the main energy pathways in the human body. Chinese physicians and energy practitioners believed that they are important for health. This article gives an overview of the different meridians and how blocked meridians may lead to illnesses.
  • What is Energy – energy is something we sense and see everyday but most of us have no clue what energy really is. According to cosmologists, about 70 percent of the universe is made of dark energy and about 25 percent is dark matter.   • Exercise and Energy – exercising has enormous health benefits and is great for helping the body and mind to reach a higher level of wellness. This article explains how exercising can help circulate oxygen and speed up the removal of toxins.
  • Relaxation – is a great technique for boosting your energy level because it calms your body and mind by reducing stress. When you are stressed out, your body uses more energy which causes you to feel fatigue faster. In this article, you will learn the benefits of relaxation and how it can increase your energy level.
