2009 New Year’s Resolution Wellness Tips – Part Three
Continue from part 2
With the economy not doing so well, 2009 is going to be one of the hardest year for many of us. Even though the economy is in bad shape, this doesn’t mean that your body has to be in bad shape too. Below is a list of some of my most important wellness related articles from 2008. I hope by reading these articles, they can help you live a better life physically and mentally this year.

Part 2 – goes more in depth about the corruption of the monetary system and how war and religion are highly influenced by this system. Part 3 – talks about building an economy based on the Earth’s resources instead of money. With this method a world without war and social class is possible.
- Best Food For Catastrophe Events – every year the weather on Earth is getting worst and worst. With so many people in the world, it doesn’t take much for a world food shortage to happen. This article goes into details about specific foods you need to survive during catastrophic events.
- Natural Remedies (2 parts) – herbs are cheap and can heal your body in ways that traditional medicine can’t. Traditional medicine is highly influenced by money, manufacturers are more interested in creating medicine that can sustain the disease instead of curing it. The two articles give you a list of some of the most popular herbs and their healing properties.
