Funnel Tea Recipe – Treat Digestive Problem

Funnel tea recipe:

  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel
  • 1/2 teaspoon licorice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chamomile
  • 1 cup of hot water

Funnel tea procedure:

  1. Put all the herbs into a small bowl or cup.
  2. Pour the cup of hot water into the bowl or cup with the herbs.
  3. Cover the bowl or cup with a lid and infuse for about 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea to filter the solids from the liquid. The tea may be hot so drink with caution.

Funnel, licorice and chamomile can be found at most grocery stores in the spice or produce section. You can also find them at herbal stores or online. This herbal tea is great for soothing the stomach, you will feel its effects within seconds. The tea is also great for boosting vitality and improving respiratory functions.
