Health and Happiness: The Missing Piece of the Puzzle

Rainbow CloudHappiness is something that most of us search for our whole lives because it gives us hope. Unfortunately, many of us are searching for happiness in the wrong places and time. When searching for happiness, we tend to rely on material necessities, such as money, jewelry, cars, drugs, etc. We also rely too much on other people, such as friends, family members and our spouse to fill the void (emptiness) within us. These external things can bring certain levels of peace and happiness into our lives, but they are temporary and is not true happiness. In order to find true happiness to help fill the void within us, each of us needs to look within ourselves and understand our own spirit/soul. By understanding our spirit, we will soon realize that we have been living a life controlled by our created false-self, the ego. The spirit is what most people failed to understand when searching for happiness. It is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle of happiness.

The spirit is one of the few things that is “truly real” within each of us. It is our true identity. Most of us live our lives by paying too much attention to our body and not our spirit. This causes a false identity of who we are, allowing our egos to control of our lives. When we let our egos control our lives too much, we have a hard time finding our sense of purpose in life and become depress. This state of depression and confusion can impact our health, making us vulnerable to diseases. In this state, our lives are like roller coaster rides, always fill with ups and downs. Each time we accomplish something, we are not satisfy and always want more because we cannot seem to fill the void within us. The ego gives us a false sense that we are not perfect because we are physical beings. In reality, we are perfect already because we are spiritual beings living in physical bodies to acquire experiences for soul enrichment. By realizing that our spirit is our true identity, finding happiness become a lot easier.

To find true happiness, you will need to understand and except your true-self, your spirit. By denying your spirit, you are denying your very own existence. Being in this denial state will bring pain, suffering and diseases into your life, destroying your health and vitality. These dark energies will drain your body of light energy until they consume you in total darkness. Two of the best ways to understand your spirit are through meditation and by exploring the spiritual way of life. By practicing these methods, they will help reconnect you to the subtle energies within you and your surrounding. Reconnecting to your subtle energies may contradict many of your beliefs but will help you find the truth of who you truly are. It will also help you achieve divinity, happiness, peace, enlightenment and bliss. Once you understand your true-self, you can start relying on external things to help fulfill your physical and emotional needs. This way you will be less vulnerable to the dark energies that will only bring pain and suffering into your life.

In the third dimensional level of experience, time plays an important role for happiness. One of the reasons why most of us are not happy is because we tend to live in the past and future too much. When we constantly think about the past and future, we become less aware of the present (now) which is the real reality. The past and future are illusions, living in this state will make us delusional. If we can relax our minds and focus on what is happening right now (present), we will realize that at that exact moment nothing else matters. It is a moment of timeless and spaceless, no stress and no pain. Pain and suffering usually happen when people concentrate on the past and future too much. For example, thinking about their abusive childhoods (past) or thinking about how they are going to pay off their debts (future). The past and future are important aspects of life but we should only use them when needed. By staying in the present more, we will suffer less because we are enjoying the moment of now.
