		<description>You do have a point there. A 500 pound man would probably need more water than a 90 pound woman. 6 to 8 glass of water is usually good for most people. Keep in mind that the food you eat is supplying you of water too, especially fruit and vegetable.</description>

		<description>Actually you should take your body weight and divide by 12.  That gives how many 8 oz glasses of water you should drink in a day.  So says my nephrologist.  
Would a 500 pound man drink the same amount of water as a 90 pound woman?  I don&#039;t think so.</description>
