It is loaded with fruit and vegetable that are high in fiber and phytonutrients.

Apple Salad Recipe:

  • 1 or 2 fresh apple (cored, diced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 5 cups fresh salad mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and sprinkle with seasoned rice vinegar
