Apple Salad Recipe:
- 1 or 2 fresh apple (cored, diced)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 5 cups fresh salad mix
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
- Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and sprinkle with seasoned rice vinegar
