Fruit juice is full of essential nutrients that are important for boosting your health and energy. Even though fruit juice is healthy, many of the fruit juice found in grocery stores is not as healthy as claimed. Most, if not all, fruit juice found in grocery store had been pasteurized. The pasteurization process involved heating the fruit juice to high temperature to destroy certain bacteria. Because of this process, some of its nutrients are destroyed. To get the full nutritional benefits of fruit, you should make your own fruit juice. Fresh organic fruit is best because it doesn’t contain harmful synthetic chemicals, such as pesticides.
