Sage PlantHave you ever wondered why you are always depressed or have bad luck? If you answer yes, your house or the people who you see during the day may have too much negative energy.

According to quantum physics, everything in the Universe is made of energy. This means that even your feelings and thoughts are energy. When your house has too much negative energy, it can affect the health of your aura. When your aura is too saturated with negative energy, it may attract more negative energy; therefore, the negative energy can make you fatigue, sick and depress.

There are many ways to clear your room or house of negative energy. One of the common ways is to use sage mist. Sage (salvia officinalis) has been used to heal the physical and spiritual body for millennia. Sage has so many healing properties that it has been used to heal digestion problems, Alzheimer’s disease, bacterial and viral infections, insect bites, colds and flu, headache, hot flashes, joint pain, kidney and liver problems, and skin disease.

Psychics and energy healers like to use sage to clear their surroundings of negative energy so they can perform with less interference. Sage is also popular for driving away negative spirits which are forms of negative energy that can make you depress. Sage mist has a natural fresh scent. Spraying sage mist around your house can help clear your house of some negative energies, while at the same time give it a natural fresh scent. Sage mist is usually available at metaphysical stores. You can also buy it online (aff. link). If you do not like using sage mist, an alternative would be to burn sage. Some people do not like to burn sage because it smells similar to marijuana.
