When you first start cleansing your chakras, you may have a hard time seeing their colors. If all you see is white color, your chakras may be very pure.

Hmm…I tried the visualization technique (thinking of a blue ball) and was unable to see blue. I could only see a white ball. Why is this?

When you say that a chakra rotates clockwise, is that from my point of view or the point of view of someone looking at me?

Some spiritualists believed that each chakra rotate the same way. Others believed that it rotate opposite of each other. From my understanding of chakras they don’t all rotate the same way.

Your steps are very interesting. In Pranic Healing, the cleansing technique is very similar. People reading this should take note of the steps.

Thats said, I have to disagree with the chakra rotating counter-clockwise statement. A chakra rotates clock wise if its healthy, and counter if its unhealthy. This generally applies to all chakras, even throat. To test this, try the pendulum. You will see it rotating one or the other.

Very good article. Its great to meet a fellow spiritualist.
