The Four Basic Laws of the Universe – Part One

The reason why I’m writing this article is because I sense that many people are mentally, emotionally and spiritually lost. People all over the world are experiencing problems that they never thought they would be experiencing. To understand why these problems are happening, we need to first understand how the Universe really works and learn its laws. We also need to expand our way of thinking so we are not stuck inside the box of conventional thinking. In order to do this, we need to be open-minded and we need to realize that our understanding of the Universe is very limited.

The Miracle of Magnesium

Magnesium is a mineral that has many incredible health benefits. Studies have shown that magnesium is beneficial for: immunity, bone and heart health, kidney stone, stroke, depression, diabetes, high blood pressure and anxiety. Magnesium deficiency is becoming more common in industrialized countries such as the United States. Some of the reasons for the increase in magnesium deficiency is because of unhealthy diets, bad agriculture practices and the dependent of pharmaceutical drugs.

Amphetamine and Parkinson’s Disease

The drug amphetamine is classified as an excitotoxins by private drug researchers. They suggested that amphetamine stimulates certain nerve cells to death, which is why they believed it is a major contributor to Parkinson’s disease. The way amphetamine stimulates nerve cells cause them to deplete their ATP and phocreatinine faster. Excitotoxins such as amphetamine, MSG and aspartame (an artificial sweetener), destroy nerve cells similar to how power surges destroy electrical devices but just not as intense. Private drug researchers found that amphetamine can cause destruction to a group of neurons that is a part of the nigrostriatal system.

Breathing: The Importance of Breath

Each breath that we take in does more than just supply us of oxygen. Breath gives us movement, pulsation and vibration; therefore, it gives us life and the ability to bring in more energy. Many people do not realize that by changing how they breathe, they can substantially improve their health. Proper breathing is very important now days because of the lack of oxygen in the atmosphere. Before the industrial revolution, oxygen level was around 40 percent. Now days oxygen level is at 19 percent or less.

How Sex Improves Immunity

KissResearchers at Wilkes University did a recent study which concluded that sex may help prevent the common cold. The study involved undergraduates students who agreed to participate in the study. The students who had sex once or twice per week had a significant increase of immunoglobulin A (IGA) in their saliva. Although, students who had sex more than three times per week had less IGA, even less than students who rarely had sex at all. People who have low levels of IGA have a greater risk of getting sick.

What Is Spirituality?

To understand what spirituality is we need to first understand who we truly are. In general, our society (Western) taught us that we are physical beings living in a physical world. In reality, we are spiritual beings living in physical bodies. Most, if not all, of us consciously or subconsciously know that there is some kind of divine source of energy that gives us life. This divine source of energy, also known as the soul, is known in every religion around the world.

Negative Effects of Over Exercising

Exercise is one of the best physical activities that you can do but too much exercise can cause negative effects on your body. According to a research done in Toronto, people who did aerobic exercise 5 days per week for more than 40 minutes, had lowered antibody production than those who did aerobic exercise 3 days per week. The human body, like many system of the Universe, is all about balance. By exercising too much, you can disrupt the chemical balance in your body. This can cause certain health problems and causes stress on the immune system.
