A very nice article i must say.I will surely pass on this link to the ones i know it will be useful for them.
well i would like to add this one point too from the site that i follow called myphield.com that drinking loads of water also helps in cutting down the arthritis pain. Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day in order to keep the joints properly hydrated.

Very informative post about arthritis. I liked it a lot.
I agree with natural treatments towards arthritis in taking Vitamins D and C. Taking to much of it though, will not help, because as I have learned in my previous health classes, once the sufficient amount of vitamins your body needs has been fulfilled, your body pretty much disposes of the rest, giving them no use or purpose to your body.
