Although many spiritually oriented people believe that we need to learn and grow through positive and negative experiences, I hold a different view. I believe that we are meant to learn and grow through joy. However, since all of us hold negative and limiting beliefs on some level, we experience negative situations as a result. So the negative situation is an indication as to where we are believing something that is not based in Truth. Then we have an opportunity to change our beliefs — and as a result — our experiences will change.

We can grow through joy or we can grow through pain. We must grow, and if we are unwilling to do this, then we will experience pain at greater and greater levels until we are willing to move forward.

Personally, i think its foolish to think that modern society can answer such complex questions and then just deny anything that it can not explain. After all, as human species, we haven’t been around that long compared to the universe.

According to your comment, you are confident that the story about Jesus was “all true.” If you open your eyes more and start studying history beyond biblical time, you will realize that a large portion of the story about Jesus was copied from the Sumerians and Egyptians. The biblical story of Jesus is a story about worshiping the “sun” of God not “son” of God. Still hard to believe? Then watch the videos below. Note: I’m not trying to say Jesus didn’t exist. What I’m trying to say is that a large portion of the story about Jesus was distorted and copied. I do have a lot of respect for Jesus. He was a very brave being who came to Earth to show people a different side of life.

You also mentioned that the Creator (what you called God) gives grace to the humble. This is partially correct. The Creator gives grace to the humble and non-humble. The Creator doesn’t judge, if It does judge than It wouldn’t be pure. It loves all its creation equally, no matter if its creation is on the negative or positive path.

If the science community can come together and help each other, then they will have a greater chance of solving many of the mysteries about the Universe. Unfortunately, many of them like to stay in their own group and compete with each other instead of working with each other.
