Ok, RW Knudsen Family, they make all sorts of organic juices...

Products that come from their main plant in Chico, California do not contain fluoride.

However, their second plant in Havre de Grace, Maryland uses city water and the filtering does NOT remove fluoride from the water.

They told me to look for the codes to know where it comes from, they are located near 'best when used by'

in the case of spritzers... the codes are written in black either on the sides of the can or under it.

The codes you have to look for are...
003 and 005

003 is the code for the main plant in California (NO fluoride)

005 is the code for the 2nd plant in Maryland (FLUORIDE)

I would still encourage ppl to write to them and tell them about the dangers of fluoride in drinking water.

I think fluoride labels should be put on any products made with water, fluoride-free or not.

Yes, I agree with you that manufacturers should have fluoride labels on their products if they contain fluoride.

If you have information to share about health and wellness, feel free to share it. If you like, you can write a guest post and I will publish it if it is approved.

If your information contains more than 300 words, I would recommend writing a guest post. For my guest author requirements, please visit the link below.

Thx, you give much quicker answers than GURU's customer services, or maybe they prefer the more 'sugar coated' questions

I've been writing emails to many companies, asking them about fluoride in their products and then refering them to fluoridealert.org once they answered me. This is the only way to know so far... until they decide to label it. But they won't do it unless enough people start asking questions about it, so I would encourage anyone reading this to write to GURU and other companies asking them about fluoride in the water they use. We must pressure them to get rid of that POISON or at least label it so customers can make a choice.

I have some info (from answers) about fluoride in other products (organic juices). I can share it here if you want but since it is not related to energy drinks I thought I'd let you decide first.

On the back of Guru's ingredients list, it says that it uses purified water. This does not mean that it is free of fluoride. In order to get rid of most fluoride in water, special filters like activated alumina and special techniques must be used. Reverse osmosis is a good method to remove fluoride. Guru does not say it uses these methods so I'm not 100 percent sure.
