Ten Risk Factors for Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a disease that causes the bone to become brittle. This disease is on the rise because the dairy industry and the education system did a poor job educating the public about bone health. The dairy industry claims that dairy product, such as cow milk is great for bone health. This marketing strategy is nothing more than a fantasy to brainwash the public. If its claim was true, people in the United States would have little or no cases of osteoporosis because they drink cow milk in abundance.

Ten risk factors for osteoporosis

  • Are you under a lot of stress?
  • Do you eat a lot of refined food (junk food)?
  • Do you have a weak immune system?
  • Are you low in magnesium?
  • Are you low in vitamin D?
  • Do you drink a lot of soda?
  • Do you smoke or drink (alcohol)?
  • Is your blood acidic?
  • Do you exercise less than twice a week?
  • Do you eat a high protein diet?

If you answer yes to most of these questions, you are putting yourself at high risk for osteoporosis.
