  1. Thanks for the informative post, Chang. A number of cancer such as cancer of the stomach, lung, breast and colon have also been linked to inflammation. So, it’s also important to reduce and prevent chronic inflammation in one’s body through various measures such as balancing omega 3 and omega 6 fats intake, reducing stress and cutting refined carbohydrates and sugars.
