How Artificial Light Affects Our Energy

BulbLight is one of the strangest elements in the Universe because it has so many different characteristics. Light is essential for our health because without it we will not survive. When we break our bodies down to the fundamentals, they are made of pure condensed light which is also energy. Because our bodies are made of condensed light, the types of light we expose ourselves to can affect our energies in a positive or negative way. If we used light correctly it can decrease our chances of getting diseases. If we used light incorrectly, it can harm our bodies and even kill us.

Before the incandescent light bulb was invented people were mostly exposed to natural light (sunlight). Natural light, made of electromagnetic waves, affects people very differently because it contains full spectrum light which includes: radio, microwave, infrared, visible, ultraviolet, X-rays and gamma rays. The light waves that are most beneficial to us are visible and ultraviolet A, B and C. The visible light waves are what we called sunlight. Sunlight is very beneficial to us because it energizes our bodies by stimulating our cells, regulating our biological clock and metabolism, increasing our immune system and allowing our skins to produce vitamin D. Even though sunlight is good for us, it is important not to overexpose ourselves to sunlight because it can increase our risks of cancer.

Unlike sunlight, artificial light does not contain all the necessary elements to make it effective at boosting our energy and health. This is why when we sit in a classroom or a room lit with light bulbs, we often feel tired. If we sit in the room for too long, we can even get stress, eyestrain, headaches, depression and sick. Our bodies do not synchronize well with artificial light which is why we lack energy when we expose ourselves to too much artificial light. Whenever you start feeling tired from being exposed to artificial light, go outside and lay in the sun for about 10 minutes. Allow your body to absorb as much sunlight as possible by rolling up your sleeves, wearing shorts, etc. If you pay attention to your energy, you should feel the sunlight stimulating your energy from within. This will wake you up and make you feel like you are ready to run a mile!
