Asian ModelAging is a very hard process to understand because it just doesn’t affects us at the physical level, but more importantly, the energetic level. For these reasons, if we want to slowdown aging, we need to understand its causes at these two levels. Beyond the physical, the rate of the aging process is determined by how balance the energies of a planet and her inhabitants are. In order to have a better understand of how this process works, we need to have a basic understand of consciousness and the energy field that surround Earth and her inhabitants. In simple term, consciousness is the information field that supports matter and is non-physical and non-local. It is the field that gives us the ability to be conscious of our existence. Quantum physicists have demonstrated that consciousness exist everywhere but in different levels, even in rocks and microorganisms. For a more detailed explanation of consciousness please read Consciousness: The Energy of Creation.

We human beings have very short life spans because we are very out of balance with nature. Our thoughts are the main causes of this imbalance which affect the collective consciousness of Earth. This then affects the energy field that surrounds Earth which causes it to become imbalance. When Earth’s energy field is imbalanced, it restricts her ability to allow in healing energies from the Source that focused everything into existence. The lack of these healing energies are the main causes for her inhabitants to age rapidly. Ancient civilizations were very well aware of these energies which was why they built many pyramids to help heal mother Earth. Unfortunately, their pyramids are now out of tune and does little to keep mother Earth’s energies in balance. The ancients also used the pyramids to increase longevity and healed their sick. Russian scientists were ones of the few scientists who were open-minded enough to studied the healing power of the pyramids. They found that by putting sick people inside a pyramid, without giving them any medication, their sickness would disappear within a week or so.

At the physical level, aging is affected by the types of food we eat, how much we exercise and our happiness. Many of the foods we buy at the grocery store are processed, full of toxins and contain little nutrients. Nutrients are essential for tissue repair, growth and development. When we lack nutrients our bodies become weak and we increase the risk of free radical damage. Free radicals are very destructive to our cells because they destroy our cells at the molecular level by stealing their electrons. Most of the foods found in conventional grocery stores are usually full of synthetic chemicals and toxins. Eating these foods increase toxin accumulation in our bodies which increase our risk of chronic diseases and premature aging.

The state of our happiness also plays an important role for reducing the effects of aging. When we are happy our bodies release hormones that help heal our bodies. When we are not happy we increase the stress levels in our bodies which can cause our bodies to release destructive hormones. Too much stress causes our bodies to deplete certain important nutrients such as magnesium. Stress also affects cell development because it causes cells to change when they divide. When we experience stress on a regular basis it affects our cells’ consciousness. Therefore, when our cells decided to divide, they will produce more receptor sites for emotional neuropeptides and less receptor sites for nutrients. This decreases our cells’ abilities to absorb nutrients; therefore, our cells become weak. Once our cells lose their abilities to function properly, we end up having less energy, becoming more sick and aging quicker. One of the most important processes for preventing aging is proper protein production. When the chemical processes in our bodies become imbalance, we lose the ability to properly utilize protein. Most of our tissues are protein-based, so when we lose the ability to properly utilize protein we will age quicker.

How to increase longevity

  • Reduce stress by exercising, meditating and doing things that make you happy.
  • Increase your energy vibration by eating healthy. For more tips on how to increase your energy vibration please read How to Raise Your Energy Vibration.
  • Avoid smoking cigarette because it contains toxins such as heavy metal. Smoking increases free radicals in your body which increases your risk of premature aging.
  • Eat raw organic plant-based food as much as possible. Most of your calories should come from plant-based food. Even better, plant your own food so you have more control over the quality of your food.
  • Cleansing your body of environmental toxins is important for slowing down the process of aging. Sauna and chelation therapy are great ways to help your body remove environmental toxins, such as metallic aluminum and mercury.
  • The mineral indium is one of the worlds leading anti-aging mineral. Unfortunately, the drug industry don’t want the public to know about this mineral because it is too effective. According to researchers, indium may improve: memory, mood, thinking, depression, reduce Alzheimer tremors, restore hair growth, balance hormones and reduce the effects of aging. When buying indium supplement beware of the non-sulfate and not-patented versions because they can be hazardous to your health.
  • Positive thinking is very important for reducing the effects of aging. You may not realize it but your thoughts really do affect your body and surroundings. This has been demonstrated by many physicists around the world. Your body is just an illusion which is focused into existence by your consciousness. In other words, your body is a creature of your mind. For more detailed scientific explanation on this subject please visit this page.
  • Keeping your energies in balance is the best way to increase longevity. This is the secret for staying young. Eating healthy food, reducing stress, exercising regularly, meditating daily and cleansing your body of negative energies are great ways for bringing your energies closer to the balanced state.

Wow, a very good post. I have heard about these cell receptors and they way they effect you cells before..very interesting. You mention Indium and I was wondering what naturally rich sources of indium there are?

    • PL Chang says:

Indium is one of the rarest minerals on the planet. Indium in its natural state is not very bioavailable; therefore, indium is rarely found in plants and animals. Because it is rare, there are not a lot of rich sources of indium. One of the best ways to obtain indium is to take it in supplement forms. I suggest visiting nutrimedical.com because it has one of the best indium supplements. Beware of the non-sulfate and not-patented versions of indium.

It’s not correct or accurate to say our bodies are an ILLUSION. It is more accurate to say our bodies are a MANIFESTION of our thoughts.
