I usually do not review movie but Kymatica did such a great job exploring the metaphysical aspects of reality that I think it will help readers who are interested in this topic. You may or may not realize it but humanity and mother Earth are going through a shift in consciousness. Some of the signs that show this shift is happening are: time acceleration, vivid dreams, and increase in natural disasters, sickness, stress and psychic experiences.
In order for you to understand how consciousness affects you and your surrounding, you will need to have a basic understanding of what consciousness is and what reality is. In short, consciousness is an intelligent field of infinite possibility and creativity. It is an information field of feedback and awareness which gives us a sense of self. Consciousness is one of the fundamental forces of Creation. It is made of energies that unite us as a whole and govern the structure of our universe. Consciousness just does not exist in the brain but within every cells of the body.
Quantum physics and consciousness science have shown that space and time are illusions; therefore, the physical reality that we see is an illusion.
