The ELISA/ACT test is a test used for testing a person’s immune response to certain substances, including food, medication and environmental chemicals. The test was developed by Russell Jaffe, M.D. for detecting hidden or delayed allergies. These type of allergies usually occur after a few hours or a few days of being exposed to certain food or chemical.
